The partnership will provide Orbirental clients with access to a variety of Airbnb's distribution capabilities, including synchronisation of property and availability data. Orbirental users will also be able to automatically list their properties on Airbnb and push dynamic pricing data to their listings.

Orbirental says it is one of "the select few companies granted access to Airbnb's coveted API (application programming interface)". APIs allow applications talk to one another and share data in a scalable way.
