November trio of US openings for Residence Inn

Marriott’s Residence Inn extended stay brand is opening properties in California, Texas and Utah this month.

The 118-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Goleta, California opened last Friday, November 3rd. Located at 6350 Hollister Avenue, the all-suite Residence Inn Santa Barbara Goleta is owned by R.D. Olson Development and managed by Marriott International. General manager, Leslie Brickell leads the management team at the property, which is one of the area's only all-suite, extended stay hotels.

"When on the road for an extended period, our guests need space to spread out, maintain their life's pace and restore their energy to help them maintain a healthy balance and routine while traveling. This new hotel offers them a seamless blend of modern style and functionality that allows them to settle in and thrive."

The 117-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Fairview, Texas, opened on November 6 at 295 Murray Farm Road. Residence Inn Dallas Allen/Fairview will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Lowen Fairview LP and managed by Lowen Hospitality Management of Grapevine, Texas.

And the Residence Inn Salt Lake City - West Jordan will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Utah Hospitality of Aberdeen, South Dakota.
