At five storeys, it received a variance from the city's four-storey height restriction in the area. THG argued that the extra height was needed because nearby power lines running along I-494 necessitated a tighter footprint.To improve access, a new entrance from Empire Lane N. is to be constructed, serving all three businesses. Construction is estimated to be completed by spring 2018
The architect for the project is Cities Edge Architects.

Developer THG Properties has received approval to build a 102-room extended stay hotel in Plymouth, Minnesota.
